At Abraxas, we want to consistently integrate AI into ServiceNow and further develop our platform as a central lever for innovation, automation and efficiency.

You will shape the next generation of our ServiceNow platform – with generative AI, intelligent applications, autonomous agents, and automation that will noticeably reduce the workload for employees and customers. To achieve this, you will identify relevant AI use cases, develop prototypes, and, together with the team, transform them into scalable, data-driven solutions for our customers and internal processes.

For St. Gallen or Zurich Airport, we are looking for a dedicated individual who actively brings together ServiceNow, AI and automation and takes our platform to the next level.

Your role

  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI use cases within the ServiceNow platform
  • Design, implement and further develop AI-supported solutions, for example Virtual Agent, Predictive/Task Intelligence and GenAI Features (NOW Assist)
  • Gather requirements from specialist departments and customers and translate them into effective, practical solutions.
  • Further develop the ServiceNow architecture with a focus on automation, scalability, and AI.
  • Establish best practices, standards, and guidelines for the use of AI in ServiceNow
  • Promote structured, high-quality data as the basis for AI

  • Conduct proofs of concept (PoCs) and pilot projects and gradually transfer successful approaches into operation.
  • Transferring knowledge to the team and actively shaping our AI strategy in the ServiceNow environment

Your profile

  • Demonstrable practical experience with AI functionalities in ServiceNow, such as Predictive/Task Intelligence (Machine Learning) or NOW Assist (GenAI)
  • Several years of experience as a ServiceNow Engineer, Developer or Consultant, as well as relevant certifications
  • Solid knowledge of key ServiceNow modules, for example ITSM, CSM or ITOM
  • Experience in process automation with workflows, Flow Designer and IntegrationHub
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to identify potential for efficiency gains through AI and automation.
  • Enjoyment of innovation, experimentation and iterative processes with a concrete focus on implementation.
  • Excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude – you move confidently between business and IT.
  • German at native speaker level and fluent English

Your benefits

  • Active participation in shaping our AI initiative with high strategic relevance
  • Plenty of creative freedom and the opportunity to use new technologies early and effectively
  • A motivated, collegial team with high quality standards and a passion for innovation.
  • Exciting customers, challenging questions and complex ServiceNow environments
  • Up to 60% home office possible with a 100% workload.
  • Holiday purchase (2 weeks per year)
  • 41-hour week with flexible working hours for a full-time position
  • At least 25 days of vacation per year
  • Funding for further training courses, either financially or in terms of time commitment
  • Free SBB half-fare travelcard for all employees

To support our customers with future-oriented IT strategies, we rely on people who think proactively, take responsibility, and question the status quo. With us, you can actively develop ServiceNow, contribute new ideas, and work with considerable autonomy in a modern, agile environment.

Become part of our #TeamAbraxas. You can expect a future-oriented work environment with modern workplace design, excellent transport links, a generous home office policy and outstanding training opportunities.

We have an open, informal culture – so please feel free to send us your application directly using the informal "you" form.

We look forward to seeing you.
