Job Description

You bring artificial intelligence into the organization pragmatically – not as "innovation theater," but as a measurable lever for productivity and quality. You systematically examine all departments, identify the best AI use cases, prioritize them economically (ROI/Impact), and implement them quickly and smoothly together with the team leaders – from pilot to rollout.

You'll do this with us

  • Recognizing AI potential & finding use cases :
    • For each department, you will conduct short, structured assessments (processes, pain points, data, tools, risks).
    • You identify quick wins (e.g., text/mail automation, knowledge search, support relief, reporting) and strategic use cases (e.g., decision support, forecasting, quality checks).
    • You build a company-wide AI use case backlog with clear business cases (benefits, effort, risk, dependencies).
  • Prioritize & implement "ASAP" :
    • Together with the team leaders, you set priorities based on cost-effectiveness , feasibility , and risk .
    • You deliver MVPs in short cycles (e.g., 2-week sprints) and only scale what shows results.
    • You orchestrate the introduction in such a way that it truly makes an impact on everyday life (process, tooling, training, change).
  • Enablement: Empowering people & ensuring acceptance :
    • You establish "AI Champions" within the teams and empower them with guidelines, prompt patterns, best practices, and training.
    • You create playbooks, templates, and internal micro-learnings to ensure that AI is used in a repeatable and consistent manner.
    • You design communication and change in such a way that AI is perceived as a relief – not as control.
  • Governance, Security & Compliance :
    • You define the framework for safe AI use: data protection, data classification, logging, permissions, prompt policies.
    • You coordinate risks (e.g., hallucinations, data leaks, bias) and implement meaningful quality and control mechanisms.
    • You ensure that AI solutions are documented in an "audit-ready" manner (decision, purpose, data sources, responsibilities).
  • Stakeholder and supplier management :
    • You moderate the collaboration between specialist departments, IT, security/compliance and, if applicable, external partners.
    • You evaluate tools/providers (Build/Buy), negotiate proof-of-value criteria, and control pilots.
    • Important: You don't have to "build" every project yourself – you drive implementation through clear goals, ownership, and coordination.

Then you're a good fit for us

Your profile (hard skills)

  • Experience in digitalization , process optimization, business analysis or product/project management
  • Understanding and creativity in AI use cases in business (automation, knowledge management, assistance systems, analytics) – without having to be a data scientist.
  • Ability to calculate business cases and consistently prioritize based on impact (time-to-value).
  • Advantages: Experience with the M365 ecosystem, RPA/workflow automation, knowledge bases, service processes, data protection/ISMS.
  • Excellent German skills (at least C1 level) in both spoken and written form

Your personality (mindset)

  • Entrepreneurial : You think in terms of value contribution, not features.
  • Hands-on & fast : You deliver visible results in weeks, not quarters.
  • Structured & pragmatic : You simplify complexity and make data-driven decisions.
  • Communicative : You connect with people, moderate conflicts, and create alignment.
  • Innovative, but critical : You test boldly – and only scale what has a measurable effect.

We offer you these advantages

  • High visibility and direct impact: You work with all team leaders and shape how the organization will work in the future .
  • Plenty of creative freedom: You build structures, standards and an AI roadmap.
  • Flexible working hours, e.g., annual working hours and home office options (max. 2 days for a 100% workload)
  • 26 Days Vacation
  • We reward long-serving employees with service-related gifts such as vacation days and monetary benefits.
  • Attractive pension solutions & accident insurance
  • Regular team events & a company culture based on mutual respect
  • Parking available for car/bicycle
