Recognizing AI potential & finding use cases :
For each department, you will conduct short, structured assessments (processes, pain points, data, tools, risks).
You identify quick wins (e.g., text/mail automation, knowledge search, support relief, reporting) and strategic use cases (e.g., decision support, forecasting, quality checks).
You build a company-wide AI use case backlog with clear business cases (benefits, effort, risk, dependencies).
