This is your task:

  • Design and implementation of modern data platforms and analytics solutions based on SAP
  • Design and implementation of modern AI and BI frontend solutions such as SAP Analytical Cloud Planning (SACP), SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC), S/4HANA embedded Analytics (S4HeA) or frontend Fiori (Analytical Apps) and use or configuration of SAP Joule in the SAP AI Business Platform
  • Proven experience with SAP data platforms such as BW and/or DataSphere, and potentially also experience with the latest SAP Alliance solutions such as Databricks and Snowflake.
  • Connecting SAP data platforms and frontend solutions to S/4HANA and ECC
  • Programming experience in either ABAP, SAC scripting, SQL, HTML, Java or Python is advantageous.
  • Independent handling of tasks in external and internal projects in the Data Intelligence/BI and Analytics environment
  • Conducting workshops, training sessions and providing support in acquiring projects
  • Participating in pre-sales activities and offer presentations
  • Requirements management with a focus on data intelligence/BI/analytics, requiring in-depth knowledge in one or more processes (finance, logistics, HR, etc.) and in one or more industries (FS, manufacturing, public, etc.).
  • Project work is client-dependent and therefore often takes place on-site at our clients' locations (throughout Switzerland).

You bring the following:

Technically:
  • A completed degree in business administration, business informatics, business analytics or computer science, or equivalent training, is an advantage.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in the design and implementation of SAP Analytics and/or AI solutions (also non-SAP)
  • Experience in data acquisition, data modeling and connecting various source systems to SAP data platforms such as BW, DataSphere and BTP/SAP AI Business Platform, or their implementation.
  • Proficiency in a programming language, e.g. ABAP/SQL, SAC scripting and/or Python, is desirable.
  • Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (Planning) and SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) is a must, while knowledge of other analytics frontend solutions such as Power BI and Tableau is desirable.
  • Knowledge of older SAP Analytics solutions such as BW and BPC is desirable.
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA FI/CO, Logistics (PP, PM, etc.), HCM/HR, SuccessFactors, IS-U/IS/H is an advantage.
  • Prior experience with AI (to support one's own consulting activities but also in the conception and implementation of solutions for the client) with LLMs of various technologies as well as SAP Joule is advantageous.
  • Experience with demanding concepts (functional and technical concepts) is a must.
  • Functional or process know-how in at least one area such as finance, logistics, HR, or others is a must.
  • Industry know-how in at least one sector such as FS, Public, Manufacturing, Life Science, etc. is a must.
  • Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written; French would be a plus.
  • Experience in Sales/Pre-Sales
