As part of our team expansion, ANSAM Enterprise Service is seeking a Business Intelligence Specialist for a position in a stimulating environment. The workload can be adjusted between 80% and 100%.

Your activities:

Under the direction of the Head of the BI Unit, your activities are as follows:

Contribution to BI projects

  • Actively participate in projects to modernize and develop the decision-making platform.
  • Contribute to all project phases (analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, deployment).
  • Adhere to project management methodologies and ensure the quality of deliverables.

Data analysis and solution design

  • Gather and analyze the reporting and analysis needs of the business units.
  • Identify, qualify and integrate various data sources (ERP, CRM, SQL databases, flat files…).
  • Modeling and structuring data (Data Warehouse and thematic datamarts).

Technical development on SAP BW/4HANA

  • Set up the feed and transformation (ETL) flows.
  • Develop BW/4HANA modeling objects and CDS / Open ODS views.
  • Create or adapt BEx queries to be exposed in BI tools.
  • Administer access permissions and ensure data governance.
  • Optimize the performance and stability of processing and loading.

Reporting et visualisation

  • Design interactive dashboards in Tableau and Analysis for Office.
  • Align the indicators with the needs of the departments (finance, HR, academic activities, etc.).
  • Ensure the ergonomics and effectiveness of visualizations, according to UX best practices.

Support and maintenance

  • Provide advanced level support for performance and load incidents.
  • Document the technical flows and processes.
  • Train users on visualization tools and best practices.

Monitoring and continuous improvement

  • Keep up with technological developments (SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Business Data Cloud, Tableau Cloud…).
  • To offer innovative solutions (automation, data self-service, orchestration…).
  • Sharing knowledge and best practices within the team.

Key qualifications required:

  • Advanced degree in computer science or equivalent qualification.

  • Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in implementing BI solutions on SAP BW or BW/4HANA.

  • Proficiency in data modeling, ETL flows, HANA views and table functions.

  • Good knowledge of visualization tools (Tableau, SAP BusinessObjects, SAP Analytics Cloud appreciated).

  • Skills in ABAP, SQL and Python.

  • Familiarity with SAP ECC / S/4HANA environments, extractors and CDS Views.

  • Knowledge of Airflow, Git and agile methods (Scrum) is appreciated.

  • Very good level of French and English (German is an asset).

  • Flexibility in work organization, occasional on-call duty
