Senior Privacy & AI Governance Specialist (temporary position)

We are looking for a motivated and experienced privacy professional to support our team on a temporary basis for approximately 8 - 10 months.
What You Will Do
act as a trusted advisor to business, IT and corporate functions on data protection topics (GDPR and Swiss DSG)
support and execute core Data Protection Officer (DPO) activities, including data breach management, data subject requests (DSRs) and regulatory assessments
conduct and review Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA), Transfer Impact Assessments (TIA) and other risk assessments related to personal data processing
provide pragmatic compliance guidance in projects, including digital initiatives and AI use cases
contribute to the development and implementation of AI governance frameworks and responsible AI practices
support awareness and training activities across the organization
collaborate closely with an international team of privacy and compliance experts
What You Bring
several years of hands-on experience in data protection, privacy or compliance (ideally in a complex or regulated environment)
strong knowledge of GDPR and Swiss data protection regulations
experience with DPO-related activities and a pragmatic, business-oriented approach
solid understanding or strong interest in AI governance and emerging regulatory requirements
ability to work independently with a high level of ownership and accountability
strong stakeholder management and communication skills across different functions
fluency in English and German (both required)
