Context
L'Occitane is accelerating the transformation of its Finance processes & tools through simplification, automation and Artificial Intelligence integration.
Our ambition is to redesign the way Finance teams work by automating repetitive, manual and low-value activities, to enable them to spend less time preparing data and more time analysing business performance, challenging decisions and creating value.
As part of our Finance transformation roadmap, and during a maternity leave period, we are looking for a highly autonomous and curious professional who will act as a Process Transformation Catalyst within the Global Brand Controlling team.
Your Mission
Over the next 6 months, you will help transform the daily work of Finance teams by simplifying processes & tools, improving automation and leveraging AI where it creates tangible business value.
Working closely with Finance controllers, you will analyse existing processes, identify manual, repetitive and non-optimized tasks and design more automated, AI-powered solutions that improve productivity while maintaining high-quality financial outputs.
