We are hiring a Junior IAM Engineer to support SailPoint implementation and operations. You will assist in designing workflows, configuring connectors, and supporting lifecycle management for enterprise clients. This is a great opportunity to grow your career in identity governance.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and oversee security implementation projects (CyberArk, SailPoint, Semperis, Silverfort, Infoblox, Venafi)

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients throughout the engagement

  • Work closely with security engineers to track deliverables, manage risks, and ensure milestones are achieved

  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, produce project documentation, and ensure timely reporting

  • Align technical teams and business stakeholders toward successful outcomes

  • Ensure project compliance with customer governance, change control, and security requirements

  • Identify and resolve issues quickly to maintain client satisfaction and trust

Required qualifications
  • 4+ years of project management experience in cybersecurity or enterprise IT

  • Proven experience delivering multi-stakeholder projects involving identity or infrastructure security

  • Ability to work across cross-functional technical teams and manage matrixed resources

  • Familiarity with at least one or more of the following: CyberArk, SailPoint, Semperis, Silverfort, Infoblox, Venafi

  • Experience working with large enterprise clients in regulated sectors (finance, telecom, manufacturing, etc.)

  • Excellent client communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills

  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master) is a plus

  • Fluent in German and English (both verbal and written)
