We are looking for a Telephony , Linux and DevOps Engineer to support the teams on:
The operation and industrialization of the enterprise telephony platform
Standardization and automation of application deployments
Improving the reliability of production deployments through DevOps tools (GoCD and equivalents)
The mission is long-term and aims to sustainably structure operational and telephony practices.
Telephony
Administration, maintenance and development of IP telephony and unified communications solutions (IPBX, VoIP, SIP, operator trunks)
Expertise in Cisco Call Manager (CUCM) or equivalent
N2/N3 support and advanced troubleshooting
Optimization and industrialization of telephone platforms
Participation in architectural developments and telecom infrastructure projects
Linux
Administration and operation of Linux systems supporting telephone and associated application services
Managing platform performance, availability, and security
Automation of recurring tasks and maintenance via scripting
DevOps & Industrialisation
Implementation and improvement of application deployment chains
Use and evolution of CI/CD pipelines (GoCD, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)
Contribution to the standardization of deployment methods between teams
Implementation of best practices: Infrastructure as Code and automation
Standardization & Structuring
Formalization of operating and production processes
Contribution to the organization's DevOps and telephony maturity upgrade
Required technical skills:
Business telephony: Cisco Call Manager (CUCM) or equivalent, VoIP, SIP, IPBX (Asterisk, FreeSWITCH or equivalents)
Linux: Advanced administration in production (RedHat, Debian, Ubuntu or equivalent)
DevOps / Automation:
Scripting : Bash, Python, PowerShell
CI/CD tools: GoCD, Jenkins, GitLab CI
Gestion de configuration / Infrastructure as Code : Ansible, Puppet, Terraform
Desired skills: virtualization (VMware, KVM), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), security, high availability and monitoring
What we are looking for:
Minimum 5 years of experience in IP telephony and/or unified communications
Excellent command of Linux and telephony-supporting environments
DevOps awareness and deployment automation
Autonomy, rigor, analytical skills and team spirit
Ability to work in complex, multi-team environments
A good communicator, capable of bridging the gap between infrastructure, production, and project teams
Comfortable working in large corporate or private company environments
