Your Role & Responsibilities

• Lead the research, development, and training of imitation learning models for robotic applications.
• Drive model fine-tuning for specific robotic manipulation use cases.
• Work across the full machine learning lifecycle, including data management, pre-training, fine-tuning, and post-training.
• Leverage and supervise modern AI coding tools to produce clean, maintainable Python code using deep learning frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with the Product team to deliver real-world impact for customers.

Required Technical & Professional Expertise

• PhD or MSc in Data Science, Computer Science, Robotics, or a related technical field
• Experience training machine learning models
• 3+ years of experience developing high-quality Python code
• Experience with robotics learning frameworks (e.g., LeRobot)
• Strong pragmatic, solution-oriented, and goal-driven mindset
