What to expect

We are counting on your flair for acquiring new customers and building and expanding long-term customer relationships within cybersecurity, specifically in the areas of red teaming and penetration testing services . Together with the sales team, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Lead generation : Proactive acquisition through targeted outreach and systematic lead qualification (inbound & outbound sales)
  • Customer management : Close communication with prospects and customers through persuasive, results-oriented sales conversations and sustainable maintenance of customer relationships (account management)
  • Needs analysis : Actively identifying and addressing customer interests, including the development of new service offerings and corresponding go-to-market strategies in the area of ​​managed services.
  • Networking : Expanding the network of decision-makers in the IT and cybersecurity environment across various industries by using all available channels (telephone, social media, email, personal networks, on-site visits, etc.)
  • Sales management : Implementing the sales process, creating offers and presentations, conducting sales meetings, managing tenders, negotiating contracts and concluding contracts, with professional support from technical specialists.
  • Market activation : Participation in marketing campaigns, customer events, trade events, etc.

What you bring

You are a passionate sales professional. With your motivated and persuasive personality, you inspire customers, prospects, and teammates. You have experience in selling technology services and possess market knowledge in the IT security sector.

Your positive attitude and strong communication skills will support you in providing solution-oriented advice to our customers. With your dedication and perseverance, you will actively contribute to achieving sales targets and maintaining a high level of quality within the team. Furthermore, you possess the following qualifications:

  • Successfully completed studies in business administration, computer science or a comparable qualification
  • Proven experience in (key) account management or sales/distribution, preferably in the field of cybersecurity or IT
  • Good knowledge of the cybersecurity industry and current trends
  • Experience in acquiring and processing tenders in the private sector and public procurement.
  • Strong persuasive skills, high level of initiative, self-organization and goal orientation
  • Willingness to travel (Switzerland) and enjoyment of on-site meetings with customers.
  • Fluent German skills (C1/C2) and subject-specific English skills (B2/C1)
  • Impeccable reputation
