Duration? For at least 12 months.
Weekly hours : 16-20 hours/week (40-50%)
Salary: from CHF 20.75/hour for Bachelor's students, from CHF 25.23/hour for Master's students

What we're looking for: You are a registered student in a degree program such as Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering , or a related field, and you communicate fluently in German and very well in English. You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and ideally have some experience with tools like Salesforce, Tableau, SAP, or the Python programming language. A strong interest in data analysis and business processes is essential, and a basic understanding of data management and CRM systems is advantageous.

Your IMPACT:
  • Maintain and verify the accuracy and completeness of the data in the CRM system , including customer segmentation, customer types, potential customers, and contact details.
  • Conduct in-depth market analyses on relevant market indicators and support the identification of growth segments as well as the analysis of companies.
  • Proactively identify process improvements and implement automation solutions to reduce manual tasks and improve data quality.
  • Support the design, creation, and ongoing maintenance of dashboards and reports for performance monitoring and business insights generation.
  • Train and support the sales team in best practices for data entry and maintenance to ensure high data quality standards.
  • Apply your academic know-how to real-world challenges and actively shape our processes.
