Become part of DATA DYNAMIC AG as a Software Developer (m/f/d) for Business Central/NAV & AI and help us shape the future of ERP development! In this role, you will be responsible for the technical design, development, and enhancement of ERP solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Microsoft Dynamics NAV for our clients in the healthcare, non-profit, and commercial sectors.

Your tasks

• Development, expansion and optimization of Business Central and NAV solutions using AL and C/AL
• Conception and implementation of customer-specific functions and extensions
• Analysis of business processes and development of sustainable technical solutions
• Development and integration of interfaces to third-party applications and external systems via APIs and web services
• Conducting tests, error analyses, and performance optimizations
• Planning and implementation of migrations from Microsoft Dynamics NAV to Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Technical advice and support for internal and external stakeholders, as well as contributing to the development standards and technological direction.
• Evaluation of new technologies and identification of potential applications for Artificial Intelligence in the ERP environment
• Development and implementation of AI-supported functions, automations and assistance systems within Business Central

This is what you bring with you

• You have a solid education (e.g., an apprenticeship in application development) or a completed degree in computer science.
• Ideally, you have many years of practical experience in ERP development as well as experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Alternatively, you have experience with other programming languages ​​(e.g., .Net) and would like to develop into a BC Developer.
• Motivated junior developers are also welcome – we'll teach you AL.
• Openness, curiosity and enthusiasm to actively shape the future of ERP development through the targeted use of Artificial Intelligence.
• Good knowledge of business processes in the areas of finance, purchasing, sales, warehousing and production.
• Analytical and logical thinking skills
