As a Junior Customer Success Manager – AI & Digital Solutions, you will work directly with our customers, helping them to effectively implement AI within their businesses. Together, you will identify processes and challenges, develop concrete use cases, and build AI agents and intelligent workflows that create real added value in everyday work.

We don't expect you to be an AI expert already. We'll train you.

You will learn how modern AI models work, how AI agents are built, how company data and systems are integrated, and how an idea becomes a productive AI solution.

Your goal: To develop step by step into a sought-after expert at the interface of AI, business and technology.

Tasks

An insight into what awaits you at SELISE:

• You work directly with clients and find out where AI can make their work easier, faster, or better.
• You analyze business processes and identify suitable AI use cases together with the customer.
• You design and build AI agents and automated workflows for real customer requirements.
• You conduct workshops and develop ideas together with clients, from the initial problem definition to the concrete solution.
• You will learn to connect different AI models, company data, and business applications.
• You will work closely with our AI Specialists, Business Analysts, Developers and Customer Success teams.
• You support customers in the implementation of their AI solutions and ensure that these are actually used in everyday life and create added value.
• With increasing experience, you will independently take responsibility for clients, projects, and AI initiatives.

Your development at SELISE

• how Large Language Models and modern AI technologies work
• how to design and build AI agents
• how to analyze processes and optimize them for AI
• how AI works securely with company data and existing systems
• how to structure and moderate customer workshops

• how digital projects can be successfully implemented together with international teams

You will work directly on real customer projects and will be accompanied by experienced mentors and digitalization experts.

qualification

We are deliberately looking for individuals at the beginning of their careers.

You bring:

• A university degree, for example in business administration, business informatics, computer science, engineering or a comparable field.
• Great interest in Artificial Intelligence, digitization and new technologies
• Enjoyment in understanding business problems and developing solutions.
• Analytical and structured thinking
• Self-initiative and the willingness to quickly take on responsibility
• Enjoyment of direct contact with customers
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Very good German and English skills

Prior experience with AI tools, automation, software projects or business analysis is a plus – but not a requirement.

What's more important to us is that you are curious, learn quickly, and are keen to engage intensively with digitalization .
