Security Engineer (Cybersecurity)

Location: Lausanne (Canton of Vaud) — partial remote work, minimum 3 days on site

Contract: Permanent contract — long-term assignment

The context

You will be joining a cybersecurity team in French-speaking Switzerland, working alongside the Manager

Cybersecurity, to strengthen operational activities and support ongoing projects.

Predominantly Microsoft environment with a mixed fleet, broad scope ranging from security operations to

project advice.

Your tasks

• Monitor vulnerabilities, security incidents, and remediation plans.

• Participate in risk management and the continuous improvement of the security system

• Supporting IT and business projects with regard to cybersecurity

• Contribute to audits, controls and compliance matters

• Participate in the maintenance and development of security solutions and systems

• Manage the monitoring of cybersecurity actions, indicators and dashboards

• Contribute to documentation, procedures and employee awareness

Your profile

• Advanced training in computer science, cybersecurity or systems and networks

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, with proficiency in several

environments, including those specific to the mission

• Sense of responsibility and ethical rigor

• Organization and management of priorities
