We are looking for reinforcements to build our newly created agile Data & AI team. In other words: you!
Your new job:
In close collaboration with the Product Manager, you will be responsible for the rigorous planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of data- and AI-based solutions. You will
actively contribute to the development of the group-wide data and AI platform and ensure its stable, secure, and efficient operation.
You will identify technical challenges, dependencies, and conflicting objectives early on and consistently resolve them together with relevant teams.
You will prioritize, maintain, and transparently manage the technical backlog in close coordination with Product Management. You will
clearly structure functional and technical requirements and assess potential benefits for customers and the group. You
will communicate complex issues in a way that is appropriate and understandable for the target audience in a heterogeneous environment.
What we benefit from:

A university degree in computer science, data science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
Technological understanding of data architecture, data engineering, and machine learning.
Sound knowledge of agile methods and tools used (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Experience in operating platforms in a regulated environment.
Strong communication skills, openness, and enjoyment of collaborating with diverse personalities.
