As an AI Innovation Fellow, you will work directly with various business functions and develop AI solutions that solve real-world challenges and create measurable added value for Equans Switzerland. From identifying use cases to implementing productive solutions, you will gain unique insights into the practical application of artificial intelligence in a business environment.

- Analysis of processes and identification of AI use cases with high business impact
- Development, testing and implementation of AI solutions, workflows, automations and AI agents.
- Collaboration with specialist departments such as Finance, HR, Quality, Operational Excellence and other business teams.
- Measurement and evaluation of the achieved impact as well as continuous optimization of existing solutions
- Promoting the use of AI in the company through training, documentation and knowledge building
- Support in building scalable standards and best practices for the use of AI
- Support for pilot projects from idea to productive use

- Current or completed studies in business informatics, computer science, data science, business administration or a comparable field of study
- Enthusiasm for Artificial Intelligence, Automation and Digital Innovations
- Initial experience with AI tools, automation, coding, or low-code/no-code solutions
- Demonstrable projects of our own where processes were improved, automated or new solutions were developed
- Analytical thinking skills as well as a structured and independent work style
- High level of initiative, willingness to learn and strong implementation skills
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills; French is a plus.
