Do you want to take on responsibility, make an impact, and shape information security holistically from a CISO perspective? At Netrics, you'll work as part of our Advisory Team at the intersection of technology, business, and governance – close to the client, strategic decisions, and with genuine creative freedom. Become part of our Cyber ​​Security Advisory Team and support companies as an experienced sparring partner in challenging cybersecurity, risk, and compliance issues.

This is how your job will be:

  • As a Senior Cyber ​​Security Advisor, you represent Netrics competently and credibly in the market.
  • You provide our clients with comprehensive advice on topics such as information security strategies, governance, risk & compliance, data protection, ISMS, and BCM.
  • With your experience, you will take on interim CISO mandates with strategic, organizational and operational responsibility at client companies.
  • You plan, lead and are responsible for security, risk and compliance assessments, including maturity assessments, gap analyses and management-ready recommendations.
  • You will support lead identification and the creation of cyber security advisory offers in close collaboration with the sales team and will be responsible for the independent implementation of advisory projects.
  • You ensure that contractual agreements, quality standards and efficiency targets are met in your client engagements.
  • Within the Advisory team, you will contribute as a driver of impulses and innovation, promoting the continuous development of our services.
  • Your responsibilities will be rounded off by attending specialist events and conferences, as well as writing specialist articles on behalf of Netrics.

You should bring the following:

  • Completed studies in information technology or business administration (university/university of applied sciences/higher technical college).
  • Several years of proven experience as a CISO, lead auditor or in the cybersecurity field.
  • Solid consulting experience and clearly developed strategic thinking and action skills with confidence in communicating with C-level and top management.
  • Excellent knowledge of governance, risk & compliance, data protection, business continuity management (BCM) and IT emergency management.
  • Sound knowledge of common standards and frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, NIS2, BSI…).
  • Certifications such as CISM, CISSP, CISA, CRISC are advantageous.
  • Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
