Business Analyst Senior AI and Process Automation

Holistic business analysis: You have a deep understanding of customer needs and guide AI projects from proof of concept to product launch. You develop clear concepts, manage changes, and ensure efficient business understanding at the interface between business departments and IT.

Requirements Engineering: You confidently create functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. You document complex requirements in a structured manner and act as a strong mediator between stakeholders to guarantee viable technical solutions.

AI Platforms & Governance: They contribute expertise in data modeling, quality, and regulatory compliance. They evaluate AI use cases, derive concepts, and leverage synergies to securely implement data-driven innovations in accordance with governance requirements.

Automation & Process Optimization: You identify automation potential in complex processes. With data-driven solutions – from classic RPA approaches to modern, agent-based AI systems – you sustainably increase the efficiency of the cantonal administration.

Scalable product development: You translate business requirements into AI products. Using standardized frameworks, you develop scalable solutions such as document generators, chatbots, or search systems that can be used as adaptive base components across the entire ecosystem.

Experience: Several years of experience in building modern data and AI platforms and in analyzing complex requirements. You are proficient in cloud architectures, DataOps, MLOps, and the development of data-driven products.

Personality: You think in a customer-oriented way, act proactively, and take responsibility. Even in complex situations, you remain solution-oriented. Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and genuine teamwork characterize your work style.

Education: Higher degree (university/university of applied sciences) in (business) informatics or business administration. You bring several years of experience in business analysis in the digitalization environment (applications) as well as sound practical experience in agile project methods.

Language: You communicate confidently and effectively with diverse client groups. You formulate precise concepts and present them with poise. Excellent German skills are essential; good English skills are an advantage.
