As Area Sales Manager (m/f/d) in the “Commercial & Industrial” segments, you will actively shape this growth – across the entire lifecycle of modern digital infrastructures.

Your responsibility and mission:
- Support and further development of end customers in German-speaking Switzerland with a focus on edge infrastructure, AI applications and data centers.
- Positioning of secure power solutions for AI workloads, data-intensive applications and digital services
- Consulting and sales of solutions in the areas of UPS, cooling, power, monitoring and digital services
- Identification, development and completion of new and existing projects for industrial clients
- Building long-term customer relationships as a sparring partner at the engineering and management level
Your mindset :
- Technician (HF) or graduate in electrical engineering, IT or similar fields
- Several years of experience in sales of complex infrastructure, technology or services, ideally in the data center, IT infrastructure, cloud or critical infrastructure environment.
- Understanding of AI market trends, high power densities and their technical implications
- Experience in dealing with end customers from mission-critical industries
- Strong in consultative & value-based selling, both strategically and operationally, and a hands-on mentality with a healthy "can-do" attitude.
- Excellent German and English language skills; French is an advantage.

For this position in Switzerland, the minimum annual target salary is CHF 136,400. This includes a base salary and a performance-based variable component.
