For this strategically important role, we are looking for an experienced individual who can bring ServiceNow and AI together, identify new opportunities, and develop productive solutions. You won't be working on theoretical concepts, but rather actively shaping the next generation of our ServiceNow platform.
You will strengthen our ServiceNow team and drive the next evolution of our platform: the targeted use of AI-assisted features, automation, and data-driven services. As part of a strategic initiative, you will identify relevant AI use cases, develop prototypes, and, together with the team, transform these into scalable solutions for our customers and internal processes.

Your role

  • Development and implementation of the ServiceNow AI and automation roadmap
  • Identification, evaluation and prioritization of AI use cases
  • Conceptualization and implementation of solutions based on Now Assist and other AI features
  • Development of intelligent assistants, AI agents and automated service processes
  • Conducting proof of concepts and pilot projects
  • Transferring successful solutions into productive operation
  • Advising clients and internal stakeholders on the appropriate use of AI
  • Further development of architecture, standards and governance for the use of AI within ServiceNow
  • Promoting high data quality as the basis for successful AI solutions
  • Active knowledge transfer within the ServiceNow team

Your profile

  • Several years of practical experience as a ServiceNow Engineer, Developer, Architect or Senior Consultant
  • Solid knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and ideally other modules such as CSM or ITOM
  • Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub and automation solutions
  • Demonstrable practical experience with Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, Task Intelligence, Virtual Agent, AI Search
  • Experience in the design and implementation of productive AI solutions
  • ServiceNow certifications
  • Excellent German skills and good English skills
Nice-to-have
  • Experience with GenAI, LLM or AI agent approaches
  • Architectural experience in an enterprise environment
  • Experience in public administrations or regulated environments
  • Knowledge of data governance and AI governance
