AI Security – Consultant / Manager 80-100%

What can you expect from this role?

As a Consultant / Manager in the AI ​​Security Team, you will shape the secure use of AI systems for our customers:

• You provide advice on equal terms: As a Trusted Advisor, you support medium-sized companies and global market leaders in the secure use of AI systems. You work with stakeholders from the C-suite to data science and engineering teams.

• You achieve measurable impact: In the design and implementation of secure AI architectures, you elevate our customers to a new level – be it in securing GenAI applications, complying with regulatory requirements, or as part of a comprehensive AI governance strategy.

• You will expand and refine our portfolio: Within our international cybersecurity community, you will contribute new ideas in the field of AI security, actively shape the topic, and support the development of young talent.

What are you bringing?

• A solid technical foundation: You have a university degree in computer science, data science, business informatics, or a related field. Ideally, you have practical programming experience (e.g., Python) or a background in data science that gives you a deep understanding of how AI systems work.

• Experience or willingness in the field of cybersecurity compliance: You already have some exposure to compliance frameworks and standards (for example, ISO 27001,
  ISO 42001, and the EU AI Act). If you are just starting out, you have the curiosity and willingness to quickly familiarize yourself with these topics.

• Relevant experience with AI systems: You possess in-depth knowledge of generative AI – from RAG architectures to agentic workflows – and understand how these systems are integrated into existing cloud and enterprise infrastructures. You also bring an understanding of related disciplines such as Identity & Access Management (IAM), cloud security, and data architecture. Experience in securing AI systems (prompt injection, data poisoning, model security) or knowledge of relevant frameworks such as OWASP Top 10 for LLMs is a plus.

• Strong communication and consulting skills: You communicate clearly and persuasively, from the CISO to the ML engineer, and work closely with all relevant stakeholders to achieve sustainable results. As a team player, you actively contribute, take responsibility, and demonstrate initiative from day one.
