Biostatistician Intern, for Early Clinical Development in Oncology (12-months assignment)

Your Mission:

  • Explore and apply innovative statistical methods, particularly around dose optimization, adaptive designs, and probability of success assessment.
  • Be part of a Clinical Trial Team and support study-level activities with your biostatistical expertise. You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality statistical insights and contribute to the planning and execution of analyses.
  • Optionally: build interactive Shiny apps for dose escalation design and monitoring.
Requirements

Your profile:

  • About to graduate/recent graduated with a PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, or MSc with a first research experience.
  • Solid programming skills in R (preferred), with bonus points for Python or SAS.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal — we value clarity and curiosity!
  • A collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in working in multidisciplinary teams
  • A first exposure to Bayesian statistics is a plus
  • A first experience building Shiny apps is a plus
  • A first familiarity with oncology clinical trials is a plus
