Cyber Security Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Cyber ​​Security Consultant for our client, starting immediately .

The core of this mandate is the development of a data-centric security concept and the assessment of how this can be technically and organizationally integrated into the existing system landscape. You will contribute your expertise in data protection, security governance, encryption, and security frameworks to an interdisciplinary team and make a significant contribution to achieving the desired target state.

Data security and a unified encryption standard

• Development of a concept for data-centric protection
• Analysis of the existing system landscape
• Assessment of technical feasibility and implementation
• Definition of the target image and the desired state for each field of action
• Development of a unified encryption standard
• Development of a practical guideline for its implementation
• Anchoring the standard in the project and development lifecycle
• Integration of the standard into the central rule set and security governance

We are looking for an experienced individual who combines strategic and conceptual issues with a sound technical understanding and can translate the developed standards into a practical and sustainable implementation.

Requirements:

• Several years of professional experience as a Cyber ​​Security Consultant or in a comparable role
• Solid knowledge in the areas of data protection, security governance and security frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST or similar)
• Experience in developing security concepts as well as in analyzing and evaluating complex system landscapes
• Knowledge in the field of data encryption and data security
• Strategic and conceptual thinking combined with sound technical understanding
• Strong communication and consulting skills, as well as experience in working with interdisciplinary teams.
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented work style
• Fluent German skills, both spoken and written; additional language skills are an advantage.
