Role Summary
As part of the newly created DACS Division, the Product Adoption Consultant (PAC) – Cat AI Assistant serves as the subject matter expert for Cat® AI Assistant and leads its go-to-market, adoption, and value realization across Caterpillar’s digital ecosystem in the EAME region.
This is a highly customer-facing and dealer-facing consultative role requiring strong business acumen and the ability to translate AI capabilities into practical solutions that improve productivity, decision-making, and digital engagement. The role also acts as an AI champion within the EAME DACS team, driving internal AI adoption and capability development.
