We are looking for a Senior AI Software Engineer / AI Solution Architect who combines strong software engineering fundamentals with practical experience in Artificial Intelligence, especially in applying modern AI capabilities such as Large Language Models (LLMs) into real-world products.
This is a hands-on engineering role, not a purely conceptual or research-oriented position. The ideal candidate actively builds, experiments, and delivers production-ready software while contributing to the strategic adoption of AI across products and teams.

You bring this with you :
Master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or at a related field with focus on AI
5+ years of experience in software development and in working with AI / Machine Learning
Technical skills in programming and Engineering (C#, Python or TypeScript, Java, Go)
Practical experience with large language models (LLMs, AI APIs and integration)
strong communication skills across technical and business stakeholders
Mentoring and coaching mindset
Curiosity and continuous learning attitude
English (C1) and as a plus German (B2) written and spoken
