Goal: Create a conversational BI platform , powered by Artificial Intelligence (LLM) , eliminating the technical barrier and transforming natural language into complex queries and structured reports.
Therefore, it is suitable for answering business questions accurately, independently and reliably.

We are looking for a Senior figure capable of uniting two worlds:
Data Engineering and AI Agent Generation.
The MAIN OBJECTIVE is to design, build and manage an advanced , scalable , Artificial Intelligence (Artificial Intelligence)-based data analytics ecosystem (Analytics LLM), integrated into our data platform (BigQuery, Looker, with multiple data sources), for the generation of business insights on interdepartmental needs.
ROLE and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and develop complex multi-agent architectures using advanced frameworks
- Manage our data warehouse (BigQuery) as the sole and trusted data source
- Integrate LLM/LMM models with enterprise data warehouses, SQL/NoSQL databases, and vector databases
- Integrate Semantic Layer: Configure a semantic layer using tools like DBT or Cube
- Develop and manage the Looker semantic layer (LookML)
- Design and implement AI-driven analytics ( LLM-based queries and insight generation )
- Enable Tool Calling capabilities , allowing agents to generate and execute code (sandboxed Python) for statistical analysis
- Optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) flows and implement monitoring techniques to reduce hallucinations, infinite loops and computation costs.
- Provide validation systems and guardrails by collaborating with the security team to ensure that autonomous code execution occurs in isolated and protected environments, limiting data access to authorized users.
- Ensure data quality, consistency and governance
- Optimize query performance and costs
ESSENTIAL TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics , or Data Science with a strong practical specialization in Large Language Models (LLM) and agentic frameworks
- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML
- Excellent command of Python
- Strong SQL skills for database querying and data modeling
- Experience with DBT (Data Build Tool) to move and transform data
- Proficiency in data management with Cloud Data Warehouse platforms such as Google BigQuery or similar
- Experience with event-driven analytics systems
- In-depth experience with LangGraph , LangChain , CrewAI , or AutoGen
- Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Vertex)
- Knowledge of orchestrators such as Apache Airflow or Dagster
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools (LOOKER preferred)
- Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Vertex AI, etc.)
- Mastery in creating data systems in production
Nice to have
- Experience with subscription marketplace business models
- CERTIFICATIONS related to the required skills
