Your tasks

• They analyze machine and process data to improve yield, process stability, and quality.
• They provide data-driven support for the analysis of process and quality deviations (root cause analyses).
• They support development projects with statistics, modeling, and scenario analysis.
• They make data-driven contributions to energy optimization and CO2 reduction.
• They build application-oriented AI agents including tools and skills and develop machine learning models for specific industrial use cases.
• They present their analyses convincingly and create the basis for data-driven decisions in management and specialist departments.

Your profile

• You hold a PhD in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science) or a Master's degree with approximately 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in the field of Data Science.
• They impress with their communication: They present complex analyses clearly and effectively, make results tangible for different target groups, and win over management and subject matter experts to data-driven solutions.
• They bring in-depth knowledge of statistics, data analysis and machine learning.
• They have very good programming skills in Python as well as a confident handling of Git, SQL and databases.
• They have very good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical or industrial production environment is an advantage.
