YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • Professional and personnel management of the cyber security team, including resource planning, target agreements, employee development, and knowledge building and maintenance.
  • Ensuring the application and further development of cybersecurity processes throughout the entire product lifecycle
  • Responsibility for compliance with cybersecurity requirements in the proposal, development, architecture, testing, and validation phases.
  • Control and monitoring of risk analyses, zoning and security concepts, and definition of effective protective measures
  • Support and advice for projects, customers and suppliers on all aspects of cybersecurity for products and systems
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant standards, legal requirements and internal guidelines in the area of ​​cybersecurity.
  • Promoting security awareness, conducting training courses, and establishing best practices and security-by-design in engineering.

YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

  • Completed studies in computer science, cybersecurity, electrical engineering, systems engineering or comparable technical training
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of cybersecurity, IT/OT security, product security or secure software development
  • Sound knowledge of relevant norms and standards such as IEC 62443, ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework and security-by-design principles.
  • Experience in conducting threat modeling, risk analysis, and security assessments
  • Leadership experience or demonstrable suitability for the professional and personnel management of a specialized team
  • Experience in dealing with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders in international development projects
  • Strong analytical skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented approach to work
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English, as well as the ability to explain complex security risks in an understandable way.
