Missions

In a complex environment of a large public organization managing several hundred thousand digital identities (citizens, employees, partners, etc.), you will join a team in charge of authentication and access authorization services.

Within the Identity & Access Management (IAM) domain, you will work on critical platforms enabling the secure management of access to numerous digital services.

You will actively contribute to the development and operation of IAM services, and will be involved in the entire lifecycle of authentication and authorization solutions:
– Maintain and develop IAM services (authentication, SSO, identity federation)
– Provide your technical expertise on IAM components
– Provide advanced technical support to IT teams
– Participate in IAM development and integration projects

Detailed Activities:
+ Operations & Support
– Provide level 3 technical support (incidents and problems)
– Handle requests from IT teams and assist users
– Maintain diagnostic tools and performance indicators
– Identify technical and security risks and propose improvements

+ Expertise & support
– Acting as an IAM expert for architects and developers
– Advising on integration solutions: SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, LDAP
– Supporting the definition of authentication architectures

+ Projects & developments
– Participating in IAM projects:
  • Conception
  • Implementation
  • Testing (unit, integration, performance)
  • Deployment and migration
– Define and develop IAM integration workflows
– Configure solutions according to application needs
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of services

You have a master's degree in computer science / engineering degree or equivalent.

Essential Skills:
– Advanced mastery of protocols: SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect and LDAP, Kerberos, Radius, SCIM, FIDO2/WebAuthn, OATH
– Solid knowledge of IAM: RBAC, ABAC, ReBAC, identity and access management
– ​​Good command of Java (web server environment)
– Good understanding of web security frameworks and API security (SPA)

Key skills:
– Proficiency in directories: LDAP, Microsoft Active Directory, MS Entra ID (Azure AD)
– Knowledge of environments: Unix/Linux, Windows
– Experience in managing critical infrastructures
– Knowledge of Zero Trust architectures
– Proficiency in reverse proxies (F5 Big-IP, Apache)
– Strong understanding of best practices: CI/CD, containerized environments
– Attention to software quality and security: unit testing, integration, performance

Additional Skills
– IAM/SSO Solutions: OpenAM, Keycloak, Okta, PingOne
– Cloud/PaaS Environments: OpenShift, Docker, Azure AD
– Directory Administration: OpenLDAP, OpenDS, eDirectory
– Additional Protocols: Radius, OATH, SCIM, MS-OFBA
– Security: PKI, certificates, encryption/signature
– Application Servers: JBoss, Tomcat, Apache, PHP
– Modeling: Archimate (Archi, iServer)
– Experience in large public or private organizations
