As Digital Transformation & SMART Operations Lead – Cybersecurity (m/f/d), you will actively shape the digital future of our production site in Horgen. You will drive the transformation to a Smart Factory, strengthen the digital networking of our OT and shop floor systems, and simultaneously ensure that the cybersecurity architecture (IT & OT) is resilient and future-proof. You will combine technology expertise, change management, and governance, and work closely with production, engineering, and global functions.

Your IMPACT
SMART Factory & OT Digitalization:
- Development and implementation of a holistic smart operations strategy for the site
- Introduction and scaling of digital solutions such as IIoT, Connected Worker, Shopfloor IT, Automation, Data Integration
- Identification, evaluation and prioritization of digital use cases with measurable added value
- Management of transformation and digitization projects – from idea to rollout
Digital Transformation:
- Responsibility for the site-specific digital roadmap and its continuous development
- Advising site management on technology decisions, architectural issues and priorities
- Building digital skills at the site and assuming a visible change leadership role.
Cybersecurity (IT & OT):
- Site-wide cybersecurity ownership in the IT and OT environment
- Implementation of global security standards (e.g. NIST, IEC 62443)
- Conducting security assessments, risk analyses and deriving effective measures
- Ensuring a modern, scalable and resilient IT/OT security architecture
Your profile
- Completed studies or training in computer science, cybersecurity, engineering or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in digital transformation, OT digitization or smart factory technologies
- Solid knowledge of OT security, network security and relevant standards (e.g. NIST, IEC 62443)
- Experience with IIoT solutions, process automation, or data integration in production environments
- Proven strength in leading technological and organizational change processes
- Excellent communication skills – you can explain complex digital topics in an understandable way.
- Very good English and German skills
