Your role

You plan and develop innovative solutions in the areas of IT/OT infrastructure, cybersecurity, smart buildings, and cloud architectures for new construction and renovation projects. You ensure that complex buildings are planned using a secure-by-design approach, thus creating the foundation for future applications and use cases – without compromising scalability and performance. As a project manager, you oversee our projects throughout their entire lifecycle – from the proposal phase through planning and implementation to completion and beyond, including ongoing operations.

This is what you bring with you

• Education: You have completed basic training as an IT specialist, automation technician, electrician or a comparable qualification as well as an engineering degree (university/university of applied sciences) in the field of systems engineering, computer science or electrical engineering.

• Experience: You have already planned, implemented, or executed several IT/OT (network and cybersecurity) projects. As a bridge between IT and building technology, you understand the requirements of both worlds and develop sustainable and practical solutions. You are familiar with the IEC 62443 standard and know how to build and maintain secure IT/OT infrastructures. Knowledge of building technology management systems is an advantage.

• AI Expertise: You have experience in the daily use of AI tools (e.g., for analysis, automation, or decision support) and use them purposefully to increase efficiency, quality, and innovation in projects. You recognize the potential of AI in the digital building environment and actively incorporate it into your solutions.

• Personality: You are characterized by reliability, a winning personality, curiosity, and a great enthusiasm for learning. You enjoy actively contributing and are eager to continuously develop yourself and the team.

• Languages: Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
