As Product Owner, you will be responsible for our IT and data landscape and actively drive the next generation of our Globalance World 2.0 platform – a data-driven, visual experience that seamlessly connects the dimensions of financials, climate, footprint, and megatrends.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and agile individual who combines technological excellence with the ability to implement solutions. You will be responsible for our IT and data landscape and, as Product Owner, actively drive the next generation of our Globalance World 2.0 platform. You will work closely with the COO and be a key contributor to shaping our data strategy.

• Bank manager for IT and data organization: You actively shape and drive the transformation towards an agile, data-centric corporate culture.

• Active establishment of a data- and AI-driven organization across all departments – with a high degree of flexibility in terms of structures, priorities, and technological decisions.

• Sparring partner in the development of future-proof digital solutions and the further development of our platform strategy.

• Product Owner for Data, Feeds and Platform Functionalities in the modern Microsoft Fabric ecosystem – You ensure that Globalance World does not remain a purely IT project, but acts as a strategic differentiator.

• Operational responsibility for the product roadmap, backlog management, and agile implementation of features such as AI-supported content, portfolio upload, and impact metrics.

• Ensuring the highest data quality, system stability and measurable business value – data becomes real decision-making and impact advantages for customers and new business models.

• Conceptual design and scaling of Microsoft Fabric Lakehouses across the Bronze, Silver and Gold architecture levels – without legacy baggage, on a modern data stack.

• Successful implementation of innovative AI features including intelligent agents, custom chatbots and configuration of Large Language Models (LLMs) in Microsoft Foundry.
• Reliable assurance of IT operations including pragmatic tech support (hardware and software) – you enjoy transforming complexity into scalable processes.

• Mindset: Proactive, curious, hands-on, pragmatic and entrepreneurial thinking – with the ability to translate complex technical issues into understandable terms for top management and colleagues from other disciplines.
• Tech stack: Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Fabric platform (Lakehouse architectures, data layer) as well as practical experience in the evaluation and implementation of AI/LLM solutions and autonomous agent systems.
• Doer: An inspiring personality with empathy and enthusiasm who actively guides the organization towards a data-driven corporate culture.
• Experience: Solid, demonstrable practical experience in carrying out IT and data transformation projects (MSCI, Bloomberg Feeds et al.) in Swiss banking, FinTech or growth companies.
• Qualifications: Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable field; excellent communication skills in German and English.
