Senior Business Analyst IAM & Reference Data (M/F/X)

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst specializing in Identity & Access Management (IAM) , digital identities , and master data governance . You will work on strategic projects related to identity, access, and business repositories management, ensuring the link between business needs, functional requirements, and implemented solutions. The position combines business analysis , business modeling , repository management , test coordination , and support for digital transformation.

Responsibilities:

Business analysis and requirements management

• Gather, analyze and formalize business needs .

• Identify and document functional and non-functional requirements .

• Translate the needs into User Stories and acceptance criteria.

• Prioritize features within the Backlog .

• Ensure that solutions are suitable for business needs and manage change requests.

IAM and digital identities

• Contributing to the evolution of solutions related to digital identities .

• Participate in initiatives related to access management , authentication , SSO (Single Sign-On) and identity federation.

• Analyze the functional impacts related to identification and authorization mechanisms.

• Ensure consistency between identity systems and consuming applications.

Data repositories and governance

• Contribute to the definition and evolution of professional standards .

• Participate in the implementation of Master Data Management (MDM) solutions and data catalogs.

• Design and maintain entity-relationship models .

• Define the relationships between business entities (people, organizations, addresses, affiliations, representations, mandates, etc.).

• Supporting initiatives for data governance and interoperability between systems.

Process modeling and improvement

• Perform AS-IS / TO-BE process analyses .

• Identify opportunities to improve and simplify business processes.

• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders.

Testing and quality assurance

• Define and manage the testing strategy .

• Organize functional testing campaigns , integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) .

• Design and execute test scenarios.

• Follow up on anomalies until they are resolved.

• Produce test reports and ensure associated reporting.

What we are looking for:

Experience

• Minimum 8 years of experience in business analysis or business analysis on complex IT projects.

• Significant experience in writing User Stories and managing requirements.

• Proven experience in an Agile / Scrum environment .

• Experience on projects related to IAM , digital identities or access management .

• Experience in implementing business repositories , MDM solutions or data governance.

• Experience in defining and executing test strategies and user acceptance testing.

Functional skills

• Mastery of needs elicitation techniques .

• Excellent ability to model business processes ( AS-IS / TO-BE ).

• Solid experience in backlog management and requirements prioritization.

• Ability to design complex data models and relationships between business entities.

• Good understanding of the issues related to data interoperability .

Technical skills

• Expertise in IAM , SSO , access management and identity federation concepts .

• Knowledge of digital identity solutions and associated standards.

• Mastery of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts , repositories and data governance.

• Experience with backlog management tools such as JIRA .

• Experience with test management tools such as XRAY or equivalents.

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies .

• Knowledge of integration architectures and data exchange is appreciated.

• Experience in test automation is appreciated.

Formation :

• Advanced degree in Computer Science , Information Systems , Data Management or equivalent field.

Preferred certifications:

• Certification CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional).

• Certifications IIBA .

• ISTQB Foundation or advanced certification .

• Certification PSPO , CSPO ou Scrum Master .

• Certification Professional Scrum .

• Certification ITIL Foundation .

• Certification HERMES Foundation .

• Certifications related to IAM (Identity & Access Management).

• Certifications related to data governance , MDM or digital identity management .
