As part of the optimization of operating rooms, the HUG are creating an executive directorate of operating rooms (DBO) directly attached to the Deputy Director General.
This new centralized structure will be entirely dedicated to the management of operating rooms with the objective of strengthening governance, interprofessional synergies, optimization of patient care and processes, while supporting innovation and research.
The operating suites comprise eight modern operating theaters equipped with state-of-the-art technology, representing nearly 42 operating rooms. Designed to provide optimal patient care 24 hours a day, they perform over 30,000 procedures annually, carried out by 1,500 dedicated professionals. These specialists cover all surgical disciplines, including gynecology and obstetrics, ENT, maxillofacial surgery, cosmetic surgery, reconstructive surgery, cardiac surgery, vascular surgery, visceral surgery, urology, orthopedics, trauma surgery, hand surgery, neurosurgery, ophthalmology, and pediatric surgery, including robotic surgery.
Job DescriptionIn this cross-functional role, you will collaborate with the management of operating rooms, in conjunction with other business and support departments of the HUG.
Your mission is to collect, formalize and analyze data relating to the activity of the operating room in all its dimensions, with the aim of optimizing its performance and efficiency.
To do this, you create and maintain DBO Management dashboards.
You contribute to monitoring technological developments in the field of Data.
You document information flows, prepare and test dashboards with end users.
You are involved in mapping the DBO data.
QualificationsYou hold a Master's degree in computer science or an equivalent qualification. You have a strong understanding of Business Intelligence principles and data integration techniques.
You also have strong skills in SQL and Python to be able to query relational and Big Data databases.
You are proficient in using visualization tools (QlickView/Qlicksense) to transform figures into graphs understandable by business users.
You possess strong analytical skills and a rigorous methodology, know how to collaborate effectively with technical and professional teams, and demonstrate good stress management skills. You show a genuine interest in the hospital sector and its challenges.
