Job Description
- Conducting analyses to generate meaningful insights for simple to complex use cases.
- Supporting business projects throughout their entire lifecycle using data science methods in close collaboration with data engineers and subject matter experts.
- Communicating knowledge and technical concepts to technical and non-technical target groups using advanced visualization techniques.
- Application and co-creation of ethical standards and data governance principles
- Mentoring and professional support of team members, as well as promoting the establishment of data science and analytics within the organization.
- Strong analytical thinking skills, structured problem-solving abilities, and an innovative approach to new tools and technologies.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying technical content to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Completed studies (Bachelor's, Master's or PhD) in statistics, mathematics, computer science, data science or a related field
- Several years of relevant professional experience are an advantage.
- Solid programming skills in R, Python or SQL, as well as experience in data modeling and model development with data science tools and methods.
- Experience in the development, maintenance and further development of statistical models, machine learning solutions and applications in the field of AI/LLM/GenAI in a healthcare context is advantageous.
- Good visualization and presentation skills are an advantage.
