YOUR TASKS
  • Conducting analyses to generate meaningful insights for simple to complex use cases.
  • Supporting business projects throughout their entire lifecycle using data science methods in close collaboration with data engineers and subject matter experts.
  • Communicating knowledge and technical concepts to technical and non-technical target groups using advanced visualization techniques.
  • Application and co-creation of ethical standards and data governance principles
  • Mentoring and professional support of team members, as well as promoting the establishment of data science and analytics within the organization.
YOUR PROFILE
  • Strong analytical thinking skills, structured problem-solving abilities, and an innovative approach to new tools and technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills for conveying technical content to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Completed studies (Bachelor's, Master's or PhD) in statistics, mathematics, computer science, data science or a related field
  • Several years of relevant professional experience are an advantage.
  • Solid programming skills in R, Python or SQL, as well as experience in data modeling and model development with data science tools and methods.
  • Experience in the development, maintenance and further development of statistical models, machine learning solutions and applications in the field of AI/LLM/GenAI in a healthcare context is advantageous.
  • Good visualization and presentation skills are an advantage.
