What your job offers you
You will take on the role of «Trusted Advisory» in the field of observability for our renowned clients – with a focus on Grafana and Prometheus-based solutions.
In exciting and varied projects, you will implement these solutions technically in an individual way and actively participate in pre-sales and customer consulting.
Observability is an established area of expertise for us, with successfully implemented projects and strong strategic growth potential. This gives you genuine creative freedom and the opportunity to contribute your own vision and actively develop the topic further. With your technical expertise and consulting skills, you combine engineering with customer focus – creating sustainable added value.
Your main tasks include:
- Analysis of customer requirements and development of tailored concepts for observability and monitoring solutions.
- Active participation in diverse customer projects with a strong engineering focus – from implementation and integration to operation.
- Conducting workshops with technical and professional stakeholders
- Development and refinement of architectures, best practices and technical standards
- Proactive customer consultation as the central point of contact for observability topics
What you offer us
- Strong technical understanding and high willingness to learn
- Several years of experience in an engineering and/or DevOps environment
- Solid knowledge of current observability and monitoring solutions
- Strong German and good English skills
- Willingness to work on-site at the customer's premises (if required)
- Enjoyment of a dynamic work environment (both as a team player and as an individual) with changing clients and projects
This gives you an advantage :
- Proven experience with Grafana (LGTM), Prometheus or OpenTelemetry-based metrics and monitoring solutions
