What You Will Do
You will design and build specialized AI agents capable of autonomously setting up engineering and design workflows.
You will:
Develop and maintain AI agents with tailored retrieval, planning, memory, and reasoning components to support engineering workflows.
Work across the stack to prototype and refine user–agent interactions, ensuring practical and intuitive collaboration for engineers.
Set up and maintain a rigorous evaluation and benchmark environment, incl. defining fitness metrics, setting up monitoring and tests.
Build automated data engineering pipelines to collect and curate engineering knowledge.

Experience building automations combining parametric CAD, direct 3D programming and numerical solvers.
Python and full-stack software engineering skills, with a strong system understanding.
Experience building agents requiring specialized context, custom tools and complex reasoning schemes.
Proven ability to thrive in uncertain, innovative environments and commitment to delivering differentiated user value.
Excellent communication skills, bridging deep technical understanding with business impact.
