For our client, an international consulting firm focusing on digital transformation and information security, we are looking for a Director of Cybersecurity Transformation (m/f/d) .
In this role, you will support companies in overcoming complex cybersecurity challenges and help them to sustainably develop their security strategies. Working alongside experienced specialists, you will tackle demanding projects and help organizations minimize their risks while leveraging new technological opportunities.
Your tasks
In this responsible role, you will play a key part in expanding and developing our client's cybersecurity division. You will lead international project teams and work closely with clients in the industrial, manufacturing, and pharmaceutical sectors .
Your main tasks include, but are not limited to:
  • Management and implementation of complex cybersecurity transformation programs – from strategic planning to operational implementation.

  • Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams from IT, risk, production, engineering, quality and security

  • Building and maintaining long-term strategic relationships with customers as well as with technology and solution partners.

  • Development and expansion of cybersecurity services and market offerings

  • Identification of new business opportunities and support in expanding the consulting portfolio

  • Building and developing a global delivery team

  • Consulting for clients on topics such as supply chain security, OT security, identity & access management, managed security services, or cyber strategy.

  • Supporting companies in defining target operating models in the context of increasing IT-OT integration

Requirements

Your profile

For this position we are looking for an experienced individual with sound expertise in the field of cybersecurity and demonstrable leadership experience in international projects.
Ideally, you should possess the following qualifications:
  • Several years of experience (at least 10 years ) in the field of cybersecurity, preferably in manufacturing, pharmaceuticals or industrial products.

  • Practical experience in one or more of the following areas:

    • Supply-Chain-Security

    • OT-Security

    • Cyber ​​strategy and transformation

    • Cyber Managed Services

    • Identity & Access Management

    • Vulnerability Management

    • Incident Response and Monitoring

  • Experience in building and leading international teams

  • Knowledge of relevant standards and frameworks such as NIST, IEC-62443 / ISA-99 or comparable security standards

  • Experience in business development or strategic customer management

  • Strong analytical skills and a structured and solution-oriented approach to work

  • Ability to explain complex issues in an understandable way and to convince decision-makers

  • Interest in new technologies and current developments in the fields of cybersecurity, OT and industrial digitalization

The following qualifications are also advantageous:

  • Certifications such as CISSP, GICSP, GRID or GCIP

  • University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related technical field

  • Excellent English skills; German or French are a plus.
