Working Student AI & Digital Innovation (30 - 40%)

Are you interested in AI, automation and digital technologies and would like to apply them directly in practice?

At Arcplace, you will develop and test new digital solutions for real business challenges, customer requirements, and the further development of our solution portfolio.

From the initial idea through prototypes to implementation, you will help to further develop customer solutions and internal working methods in a targeted manner.

• You will work on the further development of our digital solutions and services, analyze customer requirements and business challenges, and quickly turn promising ideas into prototypes and products.
• Using modern AI and technology tools, you will independently and autonomously develop prototypes for real business challenges and test new solutions.
• You implement automation and digital solutions pragmatically and support their introduction.
• You will evaluate new technologies, methods and AI applications for their added value for Arcplace and actively contribute promising ideas.
• You support specialist departments and engineering teams with analyses, insights and concrete suggestions for improvement.
• You will actively participate in cross-departmental innovation initiatives and help to quickly transform ideas into usable solutions.
• You document findings, solutions and prototypes in a comprehensible and structured manner.

• You are studying computer science, business informatics, data science, innovation management or a comparable field.
• You are fascinated by new technologies, AI and digital innovations, and you follow current developments with interest.
• You have experience with AI coding assistants and modern AI tools and use them to efficiently develop prototypes, automations and digital solutions.
• Analytical thinking is one of your strengths, and you can translate complex questions into pragmatic solutions.
• You work independently, contribute your own ideas and gladly take on responsibility.
• You quickly grasp new topics and learn with enjoyment.
• You communicate effectively in German, tailored to the audience, and you can also communicate well in English.
