INTEGRA Metering, headquartered in Therwil, Switzerland, looks back on a long history. Since its founding in 1928, the company has developed, manufactured, and distributed state-of-the-art water and heat energy metering systems used by energy and water utilities worldwide. Through smart meters and the use of IoT technologies, comprehensive, sustainable, and reliable solutions are created. With branches in Vevey, Switzerland; Bremen, Germany; and Singapore, Asia, as well as a representative office in Austria, INTEGRA Metering operates internationally.

For our headquarters in Therwil, we are looking for a Software Engineer Full Stack (100%) to start as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Development, optimization and maintenance of backend and frontend software for an IoT platform
  • Conducting code reviews and ensuring code quality, software deployment and documentation
  • Planning, implementation and execution of software tests as well as systematic error analysis
  • Analysis of requirements and creation of specifications
  • Active participation in the SCRUM team

Your skills:

  • Completed studies (FH, BSc, or MSc) in software development or a related field (computer science, data science, machine learning)
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in software development
  • Solid knowledge of DevOps (Docker, Kubernetes, Git), frontend (Angular, TypeScript) and backend development (Java / Spring Boot), REST APIs
  • Experience with databases (PostgreSQL)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Cassandra, Timeseries Databases, Kafka, Redis, Nginx, Azure AI, IoT Hub Fundamentals and ThingsBoard IoT Platform is advantageous.
  • Mathematical skills and an affinity for IoT and digital transformation. Analytical and abstract thinking, as well as a structured approach to work.
  • Excellent language skills in German and English
  • Strong teamwork skills, communication skills, and a willingness to learn
