What you bring

Several years of professional experience

in the area of ​​DWH and BI based on Microsoft products

Completed studies (University/ETH, University of Applied Sciences, Higher Technical College)

in the field of computer science or equivalent training

German (good knowledge)

English (fluent)

Mandatory

Experience in the field of Data Warehouse (DWH) and Business Intelligence (BI), ideally with a strong focus on the retail industry

Recruitment process

Pre-selection of applications
We continuously review incoming applications, create a shortlist, and then submit it to the hiring manager for review. Meeting with HR & specialist department
The interview will be conducted virtually or in person with the responsible person from HR and/or the relevant department. Its primary purpose is to learn more about the candidate's skills and expertise, and it gives both sides the opportunity to assess the cultural fit within the company and team. Expert discussion with case presentation
Specific expertise is assessed using a case study or other assessment tools. After completing the task, the results are presented to the supervisor and subsequently discussed. The team is usually also represented at the presentation. The discussions are generally conducted by the supervisor without an HR representative. Timeframe for feedback: Up to three weeks.

Offer & Contract Issuance
