Intern Data Analytics & Operations

IN SHORT

Are you passionate about data, optimization, and minimizing food waste? As an Intern in Data Analytics & Operations (starting in August or September, 100%, fixed term for 6 months) in Zurich Wiedikon, you will play a crucial role in allocating the perfect amount of food and coffee to our FELFEL fridges and Gavetti machines. Working closely with our sales team, you will evaluate client requests and constantly strive for high customer satisfaction.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Daily Tasks

• Run our daily stocking algorithm and analyze key performance statistics to optimize the inventory in our FELFEL fridges and Gavetti coffee machines.
• Make proactive, data-driven decisions to initiate changes, reduce food waste, and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Manage and coordinate special client requests, such as holiday adjustments or additional orders.

• Contribute actively to ongoing projects by identifying pain points, proposing creative improvements, and tracking the impact of new initiatives.
• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of our internal tools and information databases.

YOUR PROFILE

• You just completed your Bachelor and are currently in between studies, or looking for a hands-on opportunity to gain practical experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly feeling comfortable with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Entrepreneurial mindset – curious about how things work and always looking for ways to help the business grow.
• Exceptional attention to detail combined with the ability to simultaneously balance multiple tasks.
• Fluency in English; additional knowledge of German and/or French is a plus.
• Non-smoker - we don't want you to smell like cigarettes, neither at work nor at customer meetings. After all, FELFEL is about good food.
• Valid work permit or Swiss passport.
