We are a motivated software engineering team and are looking for you to further develop our data migration services so that we can connect new customers to our new tax solutions. You will support our team in implementing technical projects and work closely with your colleagues. With us, you'll work with modern technologies, short decision-making processes, and plenty of room for your own ideas.

Your role

  • You design, optimize, and scale our migration routes.
  • Complex data structures are your forte. You analyze dependencies to design and implement intelligent mapping logic and automated cleansing strategies.
  • You will develop automated tests that ensure the integrity and quality of the data throughout the entire process.
  • You prepare the migration and test data and monitor the processing. You contribute your findings from error analysis to the team so that solutions can be developed collaboratively.
  • You drive the continuous development of our development processes, tools and best practices.

Your profile

  • Several years of practical experience in creating and optimizing complex SQL queries
  • Self-initiative and analytical thinking to improve data queries and processing times
  • In-depth knowledge of data modeling, data management, and data architecture
  • Ability to quickly familiarize oneself with complex legacy databases
  • Experience in analyzing complex data structures and identifying anomalies
  • Good knowledge of SQL databases, especially PostgreSQL and MS SQL Server
  • Knowledge of Python or experience with Python frameworks is an advantage.
