To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated individual as a Software Engineer 80-100% (m/f/d) with a focus on AI solutions and the further development of our applications based on the Microsoft Power Platform.

Your tasks

  • You develop innovative AI-supported solutions for internal and external business processes.
  • You analyze requirements, design intelligent applications and implement them together with the specialist departments.
  • You integrate AI services and modern cloud technologies into existing systems.
  • You continuously develop and optimize existing solutions based on the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Copilot Studio).
  • You develop interfaces to internal and external systems.
  • You support the digitization and automation of business processes.
  • You evaluate new technologies and actively contribute your ideas to our software architecture.

Your profile

  • A completed degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification.
  • You have in-depth experience in the development of modern software applications.
  • Interest in or initial experience in the field of Artificial Intelligence, Large Language Models (LLMs) or Machine Learning.
  • Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI); knowledge of Copilot Studio is a plus.
  • Ideally, experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud technologies.
  • An analytical mindset as well as an independent and structured way of working.
  • Enjoyment of teamwork and exchange with different specialist departments.
  • Very good German skills as well as good English skills.
