For a long-term project with our client in Zurich (remote work only possible within Switzerland), we are looking for a Senior Expert Business Analyst (m/f/d) - End-to-End Processes & Data.

Your tasks

• Conducting an end-to-end analysis of processes, data flows, systems, and responsibilities in the context of customer, contract, and product management.

• Detailed analysis, documentation, prioritization and optimization of requirements, dependencies and interfaces along the entire process and data chain.

• Identification and evaluation of optimization potential, particularly with regard to data storage and system landscape.

• Definition and modeling of end-to-end processes, as well as derivation of the operational impacts and necessary adjustments.

• Development of sound decision-making bases, including business cases, cost estimates and risk analyses.

• Creation of professional presentation materials and moderation of workshops for voting and decision-making at the management level.

• Close collaboration with sales, specialist and IT departments, as well as continuous coordination with parallel initiatives and projects.

• Support in identifying, selecting and implementing sustainable solutions and processes with a focus on complexity reduction, automation and flexibility.

Mandatory requirements

• 12 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst in the banking sector, ideally with a focus on customer and contract management

• In-depth end-to-end understanding of processes and data flows in the financial sector (analysis, modeling, documentation and optimization)

• Extensive methodological expertise in process and data analysis as well as modeling techniques such as BPMN and UML

• Solid experience in the analysis and optimization of data flows, especially with regard to data storage and system integration.

• Excellent communication skills and experience in moderating workshops and voting at the management level.

• Proficient use of visualization tools and sound knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

• Experience in collaborating with interdisciplinary and agile teams using tools such as Jira and Confluence

• Analytical and strategic thinking for developing complex concepts, target images, and business cases

• German language skills at C2 level, and English language skills at B1 level.

Desired requirements

• Practical experience in using AI tools in the context of business analysis or project implementation

• Knowledge of current market trends, technologies and best practices in the field of data management and process optimization
