To further expand our Digital CFO services, we are looking for an entrepreneurial individual who will lead demanding data analytics projects, develop client relationships, and, in the medium term, help establish a Switzerland-wide Center of Excellence for Data Analytics.

Your tasks

• You lead data-driven audit and advisory projects in the areas of external audit, internal audit, and forensic analytics.
• You develop analyses to identify risks, anomalies, compliance issues and process improvements, e.g. Journal Entry Testing, Revenue Analytics or Continuous Monitoring.
• You analyze financial and operational end-to-end processes, especially Purchase-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, projects and expenses.
• You design and implement modern analytics solutions, ETL processes and interactive dashboards using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• You extract, transform and visualize ERP data, especially from SAP, and thereby support audit, advisory and digital CFO projects.
• You translate complex data into clear analytical storylines and decision-relevant insights for CFOs, finance teams and other stakeholders.
• You act as an interface between business, IT and external partners, and support the development of scalable data, governance and licensing models.
• You will take on business development activities, identify target customers, conduct customer meetings, and contribute to proposals and pitches.
• You coach younger team members and further develop methods, templates and best practices.
• In the medium term, you will drive the development of a Switzerland-wide Center of Excellence for Data Analytics, including AI use cases, service development and team expansion.

Your profile

• University degree in business administration, finance, business informatics, data analytics, accounting, audit or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience in Data Analytics, Audit Analytics, Finance Transformation, Internal Audit, Forensic Analytics or Digital CFO Services.
• Excellent understanding of core financial and operational processes such as Purchase-to-Pay (P2P), Record-to-Report (R2R), Order-to-Cash (O2C) as well as project and expense processes.
• Experience with ERP data, ideally SAP, as well as with data extraction, data modeling, ETL and visualization.
• Proficient use of Power BI, Tableau or similar BI solutions; knowledge of SQL, Python, Alteryx, Microsoft Fabric or AI applications is a plus.
• Ability to translate complex data analyses into clear management insights, dashboards, and actionable recommendations. Experience in leading projects and enjoyment of direct client contact.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, business development skills and an interest in actively shaping a growing range of services.
• Excellent German and English skills; French is an advantage.
