Tasks

  • Development and implementation of automated and ad-hoc analyses from various data sources
  • Consulting and support for clinical and administrative departments in accessing, processing, and interpreting data.
  • Contributing to the development and operation of a modern soH data platform in close collaboration with project management, AI transformation managers, and integration and interface specialists.
  • Implementation of use cases on the data platform (e.g., connecting data sources, data modeling, preparing and visualizing results, or providing for advanced analytics/AI)
  • Contributing to the further development of company-wide data governance, including defining and monitoring KPIs for data quality, availability, and usage.

Profile

  • University degree in (medical) informatics, data engineering / data science or statistics (university of applied sciences/university) or medical training with relevant further education in the field of data / statistics
  • Solid knowledge of data modeling – either
  • technical (e.g., MS SQL, PostgreSQL, Window Functions, programming, performance optimization) or
  • clinical (e.g. openEHR, FHIR, LOINC, SNOMED, ​​semantic interoperability)
  • Experience in handling health data and hospital processes (e.g., medicine, quality, or research) or an interest in statistical methods (e.g., R, Python) is advantageous.
  • Experience with KISIM, SAP, REDCap or Microsoft Azure / Fabric is a plus.
  • High sensitivity and sense of responsibility in handling particularly sensitive personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act (DSG), the Human Research Act (HFG) and other relevant legal and internal regulations.
