Your tasks:

  • Development and expansion of a group-wide BI and reporting landscape
  • Development, standardization and automation of management and controlling reports
  • Analysis of existing reporting processes and identification of optimization and automation potential.
  • Creation and further development of dashboards, key performance indicator systems and data models
  • Ensuring a uniform definition and interpretation of key performance indicators within the group
  • Close collaboration with controlling, specialist departments and IT in the implementation of reporting and data projects.
  • Support in the implementation of modern BI solutions and self-service reporting approaches
  • Data processing and analysis as a basis for decision-making for management and executive leadership
  • Active participation in the digitization and professionalization of financial, controlling and data processes.

Your profile:

  • Completed studies in business informatics, business administration, data analytics, finance or comparable training with relevant further education.
  • Several years of experience in the field of Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Reporting or Controlling
  • Experience with modern BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik, Tableau or similar)
  • Good knowledge of ERP systems, databases and data models.
  • Strong understanding of business relationships and key performance indicators
  • High affinity for data and enjoyment in optimizing and digitizing processes.
  • Analytical, structured and solution-oriented approach to work
  • Ability to communicate complex issues in a way that is appropriate for the target audience.
  • Independent personality with a drive to create and a passion for building new structures
  • Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
