Your challenge

  • Working in a motivated and committed team where you can develop individually and take on responsibility in focus areas (e.g. offshore onboarding)
  • Digital control and processing of account openings by natural and legal persons from onshore and offshore
  • Processing of master data generated during the client lifecycle from areas such as regulations, e-services, changes to signing rights, shipping control, balancing, and much more.
  • Assisting in ensuring periodic quality controls at Avaloq
  • Contact person for internal bank service recipients (e.g., customer service) regarding day-to-day business inquiries
  • Participation in the continuous improvement of day-to-day operations (process-related + system-related)
  • Active participation in projects to improve (digitalization + automation) processing processes.
  • Active participation in the further development, testing and implementation of the IT systems

Your profile

  • Completed commercial/technical vocational training, education in business administration, business informatics or similar is an advantage.
  • Professional experience in the banking sector and knowledge of common due diligence obligations of banks.
  • Ideally, project experience with the further development of work processes.
  • Flair and enjoyment of working with various modern IT systems such as Business Process Management tools
  • Proficient in the use of common MS Office programs
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude
  • A strong service orientation combined with a pronounced awareness of quality
  • Independent, precise and efficient work style
  • Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
